Terms & Conditions
This Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is entered between Chawla Aircon Services and the Customer. This contract is entered for the maintenance of the Air Conditioner and shall be valid for the period of one year. This AMC will cover the services as per the below-mentioned table This AMC is valid only in the territory of India.
- The Air Conditioner must be working properly for availing the AMC by the Customer.
- Preventive maintenance visits will be conducted according to the plan on the Effective Date during the period of AMC.It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to avail of the routine services. Chawla Aircon Services will not take responsibility in case of Customer fails to avail of his routine services during the contract AMC period.
- AMC shall not be valid in case the air conditioner is used for commercial purposes. If the Product is converted to commercial use after taking the AMC, in that case, the contract will be terminated and the Customer shall not be able to get any refund.
- If the Customer wants to end the AMC before the expiry date, Chawla Aircon services shall not be liable to refund any money.
- The AMC will be terminated by Chawla Aircon Services under the following circumstances:
- If the Air conditioner is serviced, repaired, installed, uninstalled, etc. by any other person other than the technician from Chawla Aircon Services.
- If the Product is running in conditions other than normal conditions like abnormal Voltage, corrosive/alkaline/acidic atmosphere, installation near the open drainage system, etc.
- Any harm to the product due to accident, negligence, or mishandling by the customer.
- This AMC does not provide for refund.
- This AMC cannot be transferred to a third party.
